FEMCO Drain Plug Sets

Basic Drain Plug Set

Available in four models:

Standard - works with a wide variety of applications
Compact - low profile model where clearance is an issue
Speed-Click - a quick coupling model where a suction system is used
XXL for high flow rates with drain plugs in excess of 38 mm dia.

Each Femco Drain Plug Set contains:

1 x Drain Plug
1 x Drainer (includes 100mm length of plastic tube)
1 x Dustcap (no chain)
1 x Copper washer

Options at extra cost are:

Chain retained dustcap
Magnetic valve

Please note:
The drainer diameter (small or large) is determined by the drain plug size for your vehicle. On most plugs we can supply a larger diameter drainer to provide better discharge flows from the oil sump. The larger unit will be supplied as standard unless you request otherwise.

You will need one drain plug with dustcap for each engine, sump, transmission etc. Please make sure you have at least one compatible drainer for correct use.

Replacement Dustcaps

Basic Dustcap

Contains: 1 x FEMCO DUSTCAP (no chain)

It is important that dustcaps are always used to prevent unnecessary dirt and soiling of the valve mechanism in the drain plug. This dustcap is the same specifications as that supplied with the original drain plug. Dustcap size must be the same size as the drain plug.

Dustcap with retaining chain

This Dustcap can only be used with the Deluxe Drain Plug. Do not attempt to use this dustcap with any other version of Drain Plug or modify those plugs as damage to the valve mechanism may result.

Contains: 1 x FEMCO DUSTCAP WITH CHAIN

This dustcap is the same specifications as that supplied with the original drain plug. Dustcap size must be the same size as the drain plug.

Hexagon Dustcap

This dustcap is suitable for use with spanners etc

Contains: 1 x FEMCO HEXAGON DUSTCAP

This dustcap is the same specifications as that supplied with the original drain plug. Dustcap size must be the same size as the drain plug.
